and plan on spending the weekend in the house! I have been working hard on the yard since the landscaping has become overgrown and wasn't maintained.Loads of hand weeding that was neglected. How someone could use a weed wacker to cut weeds about three inches off the ground and leave a the tap root... Grrrrr!
I need to get on the HOA too since they haven't cleared the brush back the required distance by the fire marshal. plus the proximity is allowing the spread into my yard along with rodents which brings in snakes. I ran into a gopher snake yesterday that was hunting in my back yard.
Looks like I need a quality air rifle for pest control.
I tried a pair of sticky traps and it was obvious that the rat that has been residing ubder the pool heater got stuck as the trap was filled with fur and it lost it's tail... I had cleaned up all the droppings so I could pressure wash the area, but it was to no avail since I still have the rat!
Something died under the pool heater, so that with the urine smell in the heat... Is just nasty...
I shall never surrender!
Today is a mental health day... I need the rest.
