Not lots of rest, but I got lots of stuff done. The biggest load off my shoulders was getting my taxes done Saturday. I had to ask for an extension because my brother didn't get much needed receipts to me. My friend is also a bookkeeper and she did them for me. We had a nice dinner after the chore was finished.

Sunday was laundry day and cleaning day, but in between I did get to see some movies.

I still worry about you putting too much work in, and overworking yourself. Take some time out to relax, please.

It was raining earlier. Since we have been getting lots of rain the arthritis is flaring up in my hips and my shoulder, but other than that pretty good. Take care and get some rest! We are supposed to get more rain today! We got it about 3 times yesterday. My dad lost power for awhile, he is only a mile away from me. And I know he must have been going nuts, no tv, nothing. But they got the power restored yesterday evening. Some places actually have a surplus with all the rain we have been getting. The west side of the metroplex is under flash flood warning and the rest of us are under flash flood watch, due to the ground is already saturated and could cause flooding. But supposedly today is the last day. None in the forecast for tomorrow and the weekend is supposed to be nice.

I know how the arthritis is as well. I have had it in my knees since I was in my 20's. It pretty much bothers me most of the time now but I am grateful that I can walk. Hang in there, I will pray that it will feel better for you soon. If you go to massage school, you will get lots of massages in training as well as giving them

I bought the video you spoke about (Second Hand Lions) at Hollywood video, because they had a 3 for 25 dollar special. I loved it too.

The shoulder I can pretty much deal with. The hips...it hurts to walk and sit for very long so either way it hurts when it is cold/wet. Take care and have a great week.

I loved that movie also. I watched Mystic River today, very good also. Try to check it out sometime if you can.

Yeah, sometimes I get light-hearted funny movies, not because they are great, but just an escape and fun to watch. I want to see Mona Lisa Smile, Daniel doesn't, but I think next time we will get it. There are a few others I want to see also, I can't think what they are right now. But I recognize them when I see them. One I want to see that he doesn't is Calendar Girls, about the older women that pose naked for the calendar and they have cinnamon buns hiding their breasts. It looks like it would be funny too! I think it was actually based on a true story. We got How to Deal, with Mandy Moore, it is pretty good. It is more of what my mom called a teen flick. But it talks about how to deal with situations and it is a pretty good feel good movie. And we also got Seabiscuit, I have seen it before, but for some reason Daniel didn't see it at the time so we will probably watch it today. It is a feel good movie also. He and Dad have gone to the bowling alleys, Dad is thinking about maybe joining a bowling league. He did that alot when we were kids. And they are going to look into how much cost to give Daniel bowling lessons. And see the price of bowling balls for Daniel. If they get one it will probably be his b-day present. He will be 12 Tues.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Toni}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} My son is a professional bowler and I used to be a semi professional bowler so please take this advice from me. Do not buy a ball from Wal Mart or Kmart or somewhere like that. They do not know how to drill them. The drilling is the most important part. It has to fit Daniel's hand or there would be no reason for him to have his own ball. Please buy it and have them drill it at the pro shop at the bowling alley. Starting balls are usually not terribly expensive. They usually are good with the younger ones. I would try to get him into a Junior leage. They give them lessons for free.
