I hate to say this but Seagal lost it ( or maybe even never had it according to some) I have been in Aikido for 14 years, he has drawn alot of attention to this way, but one of my teachers met him and found him unbalanced and insincere which is not the mark of a true warrior or enlightened soul.

Jackie Chan is cool, but what he and the others do, that Bruce Lee did not, was Chinese Opera, where Bruce went for realism. This quarter's issue of the Asian Journal of Martial Arts has an excellent article about the beginnings of Golden Harvest and the launching of Bruce's career as well as comments about some of the ones who followed, like Sammo. I really enjoyed Shanghai Noon...
