What happens on X?

So I am into kink, but this seems to be a slightly more general question about using X. That's why I ask here.

What I want to know might sound a little judgemental, but I basically just want to know what is going on because it's a recurring phenom.
Also, I should probably say, I am not really a social media person, so it may simply be (at least in part) something like the way X works.

What happens is, I go on to start up a conversation with a Domme, and, if one responds, it's always like you can't just talk with them, but the "operator" on the other end seems to point over to discord, meta, messenger, etc..
The original voice starts sounding mechanical, like maybe AI, then they claim they have some addictive obstacle course all worked out, and, finally, they (of course) want one to make a tribute.

That's not really what I am seeking, if I am even seeking at all. Usually, I am just looking for collabs. So I quit the conversation at that point.
But - it happens so much, it's like, "Why bother?"

I have plenty more to say on this point, but I will just ask what is going on and maybe how to actually get to something more meaningful.

It seems like some kind of AI thing. I don't know. That's why I ask.

It's not real. Go out and find someone you can actually touch. :)

Yeah, I figured that much... I think the question is more like - what is happening in those exchanges?

Generally... In the good old days... Going off site was (for some other weird reason at the time) totally a bad idea... X has been described as something like walking down main street and window shopping... So, in a sense, it's designed to go off site...

I also know some legit RT people on it, but sometimes it takes work to figure out when someone or something is messing with you... Usually you know it when you hit a paywall...

That's the time to turn it off...

I have to assume the X you're referring to isn't Twitter.

Yes, I meant the former Twitter.
Why do you think I didn't, if I may ask.
Because Twitter has been ruined thanks to Elon Musk. I can't imagine anyone at this point thinking its a serious platform for anything, much less sex.

Actually, it's kind of funny to look at some of it.
It doesn't look like kink to me.
It's more like a trip to the mall.
All those pictures of dungeons are more like...
well, they don't look like dungeons...

If you're using Twitter for your kinks, I would suggest there has to be better ways/ platforms to deal with your needs.
