I like to go on camfuze.com. Its only a smallish site but it has larger cams than other sites so you see more. You also tend to get better converations. The best bit is its free.
Another is nudechatxxx Which is similar but you only get one month free trial.

We use cam4 regularly and seems ok, you will always get some idiots so our advice don't take too much notice of them!
