FYI, I'm not going through and taking out Rick's flame baiting with the trash. Yet.

I've just posted a new sticky, and I'm giving it 24 hours for everyone to have a chance to read it.

I understand that disagreements are going to happen, etc. Personality conflicts will even come up and appear in public threads; that's part of a community's life. However, the cycle of destruction needs to end. If I have to step up and play dick-tater for a few days to get the job done, then that's the way it will have to be. I hope, though, that people will monitor themselves a little more in the future.

Seeing as Risia has posted this.....I just want to say that I think she is absolutely right and we should all support her in this course of action.

In my belief, it will be necessary sometimes for the Mod(s) to remove flames etc . I do NOT think this goes against the ethic of free speech. If some misuse their so called right to free speech then there has to be a 'protection system' for the greater good of the greater number. In that, there is no real difference to the rules of any civilised society.
