Call it a hunch, but I suspect North Korean and Chinese provocations are tied to the trillions of dollars we owe the Chinese. The Chinese likely expect for us to screw them out of their money.

Well, half the Administration doesn't pay taxes (it seems) so I'm sure they can be trusted to pay the Chinese
