It's been a while.....

Hello all in Lit land....Remember me? I've seen a lot of new names on here as I browsed around today before posting this and I've also noticed that there are a lot of names that were frequent that are missing since I was here last.

For those of you who may remember me and why I had to take a break, I've had my surgury and doing okay so far, although, I'm still recovering. It's such a slow process but I"m feeling great. Docs say they got all the cancer and that everything looks good for the future

. So, I hope to be back in the next few weeks as more of a regular. Until then I'll stick my head in now and again when I can sit up long enough to browse around in here.

I've missed so many of you and your stories. Man I have a lot of reading to catch up on as well as my own writing that has been put off.

It's good to be back even if only off and on for now.

I had not actually broken my leg but rather I sprained my ankle severly and tore ligaments. As for my leaving I had cervical and uterine cancer and had a hysterectomy just last month. it took the docs 2 months of testing and poking and proding before they were satisfied that a hysterectomy was what was best. Anyway, almost 4 weeks in to recovery and feeling really good
