It's a ME day..

Husband is at work..

The dogs are at the vets for their Xmas baths..

Mom is on a drive with friends..

I'm going to go to town.. have my hair cut.. get a manicure..get a pedicure..have a nice dinner at a nice restaurant..

I'm being selfish.. I'm using a credit card for all of it.. I'm thinking of no one but myself today....

and it feels damn good!

I personally don't think it's selfish.....we are all entitled to a ME day. I just haven't figured a way to get one yet!

A matter of routine

Way to go!!! I think we should all have a "ME" day at least every couple of months! Most of us don't even have one on our birthdays. How can anyone expect the best from us constantly if we never get to recharge the batteries?
