Like everyone else I keep getting those unasked for ads with return envelopes in my mail. They are a pain in the but for everyone receiving them as well as the person delivering the mail.

A while back I decided to start having some fun with these. I started collecting them and sperating them into catagories:

Insurance

Credit Card Offers

Television Services

Charities

Grab Bag

After a bit I had a nice collection going and I started phase two. When I get a new ad I look in it's catagory and find something from their competitor. This is stuffed in their return envelope and dropped back in the mail box. (For example, an ad for a Visa Card the return envelope for a Master Card.)

Now these companies have to pay the return postage as well as pay the person to open the envelope.

It may not help to get these people to stop sending out their ads but it gets them out of my place.

You know what i did once? I wnet to the local adult store and you know when you buy something they will give you that free little magazine advertising movies and things like that? Well I go in all the time and the manage gave me a couple of dozen of them I then sent my wife in and she got some more. We then stuffed them in the envelopes and sent them back. Would love to see the faces as we folded them so that the first thing they would see is Bree Olson taking a huge facial.
Way to much time on my hands!

Wrap bricks, you can always find them laying around, in brown paper - bags from the grocery store work best and they're free - then tape the envelope to the front and drop it in the mailbox.

I also used to fill the forms out, putting a fictitious name name and the address of the local FBI office.
