Issues with creating a room

I was referred here from the chat mods for further assistance. For the past two weeks, my friend and I have created Alexa And Jackie’s Beachfront Resort for a conversation room. I do understand how created rooms will be removed, disappear for inactivity. However, when I go back to reopen it, it kicks me out of Lit chat. The mods had me test random creations and it worked. Is there some type of cool off period to bring back a room in the behind the scenes? Appreciate the response

We will close rooms if there is no one in it. We use a script that will close any room with no people in it except the control bot Isedora. As for why it kicks you...it is possible because unfortunately the chat can be buggy...

We have had this issue with people getting disconnected as well. They will get kicked for inactivity (we have asked about this and not gotten an answer on it) as well as some people if they try to put someone on ignore they will also get kicked and then it takes them a few attempts to log back in.

I cannot confirm this for lit 100% but my theory is that despite the room being closed and not on the room list there is a copy of it that lags or sticks around in the background of the server for a short time. It should not do this that I know of and sadly we cannot fix this ourselves.

I really do wish I had a better answer but sometimes we have to just try and work around the chats quirks.
