I have 1 story published already and now I am trying to submit the next chapter for it. But the status is not updated for more than 10 days, suddenly I see that the story has been removed without any message. For now I have reuploaded it but I am not sure if anyone is looking into it.

Maybe you accidentally pulled the first submission back to Draft? That's what the message suggests to me. Double check that you Previewed chapter two, and submitted it. The message should state Pending, not what's showing there.
as i said earlier it was in pending state for a long time and one day i was not able to see that entry. not in rejected section, not in pending state and not even in published section. And as I wondering what happened my work activity displayed that it was removed

Click on the envelope at the top of the page, Conversations. Choose "Start a new conversation". The page you'll be taken to is a private conversation, what a lot of people call "PM" (Private Message). Choose to talk to Laurel.
