It's been sitting for months, and now instead of pending, it's just gone and the story has not been edited.
It was for my story Hotwife Interrupted to correct a naming issue.

Generally, that means that Laurel has processed it, so you just have to wait for the cached version to expire and what's displayed be refreshed from the database.

I think there was a two day delay before mine showed up, and several others have reported similar delays in the multiple threads about it.
