Yes you have been banned. It has been reviewed and you are in violation of the rules and as such the ban will not be revoked.

The subject matter for which you were banned is 100% Perma-Ban subject.

The fact you have been a member for 15 years makes your claim of ignorance of the rules even less tolerable, as someone with such a long standing access to chat and the chat rules should be very familiar with the rules and what behavior is 100% unacceptable.
