I'm a fan of the rain as I've mentioned before, but boy is it raining too much right now.

Denny-------<-------that's me!

Denny------------- We've had very little rain here in NW Florida. The gators are moving north to get a drink of water.

I continued painting my garden wall today but I can't match the paint colour. It was Cream. I thought Cornish Cream would do. It doesn't. It's too white. It will do as a base coat but not a top coat.

No one does Cream anymore. I can have Classic Cream, Country Cream, Cornish Cream, Devon Cream or Clotted Cream but none of them are the same as the Cream I already had.

I bought two test pots - Devon Cream and Magnolia - both looked as if they might match. I painted test patches on the wall. They don't look anything like the printed brochure and nothing like my existing Cream.. I can't tell the difference between Cornish Cream and Devon Cream. Magnolia is just off-white.

Back for more test pots...

Denny---<-----that's me! The male half

 It's a Yiddish expression of dismay or disgust.
Denny--------- that's discusting.
I'm concerned about Oog and his wall. Seems he's too worried about what color of white it is. In a week the rains and pollen will turn it to grey anyway.
Right now his color choices are making me hungry.:)

If you have any paint chips from the cleaning left, check to see if it still matches and then take it to the paint store. Most have color matching equipment.

They do. At vast expense for the length of six to eight feet high wall around a large garden.

Update. It's Saturday night so some arsehole has pissed on my new paint.

I've had to rinse the piss off. Fortunately that paint is described as 'weatherproof' after 60 minutes and it had been five hours.

I love my friends. There are only so many people I can send memes like that to and not have them freak out. :D
