Thanks, y'all.

I suppose I should be used to hearing that particular news by now - I've lost so many family members and friends that way. It's an epidemic, I think.

You don't get used to it, though. :(
No, you don't. *HUGS*

Champions!

So proud of my son... his Little League Tournament of Champions team won their District Pennant a couple hours ago. I never won a baseball title and I am very pleased he now has... and pleased that he was a major part of the team's victories throughout the tournament...

:D

Congratulations!

Well done to your son and his team.

Okay, things were definitely interesting last night...Doing it with a spoon didn't work, it was too runny and he just didn't get the swallowing from the spoon part when it was the same basic consistancy as breast milk. So since it was runny we put it in his bubba and he drank it down like it was his job, which of course it is, lol. I figure when we make it a little less runny we can try the spoon thing again. So glad we had superbib because if not things would have been a lot messier than they were and he could have needed a bath afterwards...

But, but, babies always need a bath after they eat. It's a law of Nature.

You haven't seen superbib! Lol. My mother in law makes them with a hand towel, covers the baby neck to nearly toe at this size and if mommy is sitting right covers some of her as well, lol. It's designed so that there is less mess and less necessity to bathe baby every time he or she eats, lol.

Oh, god...we just lost another to suicide. My nephew this time.

Damn. :(

:rose: How AWFUL! And SO many of us think we have it SO bad - it's never THAT bad - as long as we're breathing, we have HOPE! I'm so sorry for your losses... many many HUGS!

*hugs for cloudy and snuggles from the littlest lynx who is currently sleeping as she posts so in snuggle bug mood*

My mother tells me that she had to set my highchair, and her own chair, in the bathtub and close the shower curtain when she fed me. Otherwise, I'd spew my food all over the kitchen.

No, you don't, and it'd be worrisome if you did... :( I'm so sorry. :rose::rose::rose:

No one should, and no one should have to.

*hugs*

I wish I could write like you do.

But then you wouldn't write like you and we love the way you write. :rose::heart:
