Don't people in love just make you wanna barf?

'Scuse me....

I'm in love.........

*runs off pukin her guts out*

Blurt 1:It's kind of funny when I say something, and I'm proven right soon after. I'm just waiting for the rest of my predictions to come true.

Blurt 2: At dinner, I was telling my companion not to call women "Babe" (he's still learning English. I explained to him how I used to date this guy in college who referred to every female - including the dog - as Babe. It came across so slick and insincere that it irks me to this day, and I know I'm not alone.

Blurt 3: Tonight made me feel even more so like I don't belong here.

The USA. I like it here on Lit, but I could be on without being here.

Wonderfun (was supposed to be wonderFUL, but I'm leaving it because it's a happy mistake :D ), because we love you here at Lit :D (Florida is too far away from new Jersey for me to enjoy you being in the states ;) ).

That's such a sweet thing to say.:)

It's just that I was out with a childhood friend who's visiting from Europe, and I suppose it made me nostalgic. I have to say I did enjoy NJ more than FL though.

I have a corset just like Cerise's, only it's a different color, hehe. Too bad I can't wear it right now...

Must...have...chocolate.
GAHHHHHHHH!
*weird garbling noises*

Related but unrelated: Nigella Lawson is porn for Foodies.
I don't give a damn what you say, that woman is orgasmic in the kitchen.

I've just eated three of Nigella's easy American pancakes with blueberry maple sauce....I completely agree with you :D

I love Cerise's corset (and her collarbone, it's beautiful - very fragile) and heartily embrace nostalgia for Europe. I fully encourage you to relocate <big grins>

I want to go over to Paris. Just briefly. Just for shits and giggles. I love the idea of hitting a whole different country just for a day or something.

That is such an alien concept to me - but so beguiling. I'm fiercely jealous that it is even an option for you !

I'm going to France for the day later this month. It's no big deal. From my house to the streets of Calais is about two hours in my own car.

You can come as a virtual passenger.

Depending the direction I travel, in two hours I don't even get out of my own shire. And no, my car isn't that slow.

yeah, but Thailand is practically next door - *that's* weird to me :D

Europe is cool, but I'm glad it's a sea away...

To be fair, I could just drive over to Wales for a day, it'd take about as long as to get to France, and at least they all speak English, even if they pretend not to :D

I love the fact that 100s of years ago France was more local to Wales than England, because sea travel was easier than land. In some parts of Wales you can see the French influence very clearly indeed.
