Okay, so you know now I'm going to be paranoid that it was something I said that caused you to stop talking and not that you just got called away by something.

Are sweet peas the same thing as green peas? What the hell is the difference?

I'm supposed to cook with them today and I have no clue. Quick help please?

Thanks.

My first time making a genuine three-course meal, and I don't want to fuck it up on a detail like that. The recipe is German, so I don't want anything messed up in translation.

welcome though technically sweet peas are flowers if you are refering to the little round green ones also called english peas then definetely

Am I the only one without New Year's Eve plans?

C'mon over - I'm having a private Quentin Tarantino film festival.

Kill Bill 2 - check.
Resevoir Dogs - check.
Popcorn - check.
Tranquilizers to put me to sleep after all that stylish violence - does Amaretto count?

:D

I'm up and down making supper/new year's food and writing. We're not going out. But that's the norm. I've never been out New Year's Eve.

Thanks, but no thanks. I don't much care for Tarantino.

That sounds like fun. But I'm a little Tarantinoed out right now. I would probably go for a line up of comedies instead.

... I've never been out New Year's Eve.

I did New Year in the 1960s.

New Year 1961 on Bondi Beach.
New Year 1962 in Central Melbourne by the Yarra.
New Year 1963 getting wet in the fountains of Trafalgar Square.
Ditto 1964, 1965.
New Year 1966 in Soho.

After that it became a bore.

Report: Kill Bill 2 didn't blow me away anything like KB1. The music, imagery, choreography and cinematography of that magnificient swordfight in the garden at the end of KB1 just makes me swoon.

:rose: to QT.
