I hope to discover an Engineer or a Process Tech that is easier to work with than they are to just choke the shit out of and get the job done right the first time instead of having them analyze the data 20 dozen times to ultimately get it back to where I had it.

Oh and to add insult to injury, an Electrical Engineer can design buildings and bridges.... They lump all Engineers into one do it all group.....
Now I work with and for Petroleum Engineers.... Now there's a laugh for ya.... 99% of the oil field processes and equipment were designed and built by people with less than a sixth grade education.... Common sense had a place at one time but now educated idiots rule.....
I'm glad I'm retiring soon....
