You saw it?? I want to see it so badly. I have the music, I read the book, I'm in love with it all.RogueLurker said:something about your AV makes me think of angry mobs, axes and torches ... perhaps there's something there we can work with.
btw - Wicked is a great show.![]()

I'm going come hell or high water, that's for sure. I adore it. The wicked witch was one of my favorite characters of all time. I love how he made a whole story and life just about her.RogueLurker said:I went last year for my birthday. It was kind of an impulse - hadn't read the book was was vaguely familiar with the basic premise. I was very pleasantly surprised with the story and wowed by the music. The two leads were in the New York show originally and were fantastic. I was really impressed by the show and by the book.
If you get a chance, you have to go.

I am sooooooooo Elphaba!RogueLurker said:You won't be disappointed. I was really delighted at how he took all the elements and turned them all around.
I've got a couple of his other books on my TBR (To Be Read) pile as well.
I think the Elphaba AV suits you.

You don't need psychoanalyzing, just a bigger sharper stick......unpredictablebijou said:I've got my crop handy. And I haven't had enough coffee yet today.
Speaking of Scurbies, I can't figure out why it's so tempting to go in and poke that particular bear. I'm not generally amused by that sort of thing, but I find I just can't resist. Someone psychoanalyze me.

as for your inablility to resist scurvy-baiting (eat more limes, that might help)- I'm at a loss to explain it for you. but it would appear you're not alone.
