It's still wet. :( And also too short to braid.

point the fan at your body and keep your head above blowing air?

Or just go out for few minutes and let the oppressive heat air dry your hair in 3 minutes flat.

Ok, seriously, I should not be able to smell a person from ten+ feet away.

I like the former. I'll NEVER follow the latter. Don't wanna have to take another shower in the next 5 minutes. Seriously, I want this weather to go away. *sobs*

come hide in the basement with me, the four cats and the two dogs ... I'll save you a spot on the loveseat. We're 34C here ... 41 with the Humidex. God, I love October/November - August sucks.

I'm coming over!

Yes, August sucks big time! I want cool weather...I want snow. Ooh, first snow of the season... :cathappy:

I'm still deciding on whether or not I like the new Reese's peanut butter & banana creme cups.
Not bad, not bad.

They grow on you, Abs.

Yes and I can't let anything interfere with my popcorn addiction.

LOL. You, too? They have not yet come up with a popcorn variation that I don't like.

Corn in any form is heaven to me, especially popcorn...sugared, kettled, theatred, plain, cheese, you name it.

Try it....you know you want to.

I like my peanut butter in my chocolate...

I like my bananas (only unbruised, unspeckled and still firm) cut up on my pb sandwich ...

I like my bananas (see above for description) dipped in a chocolate fondue ...

But mixing the three? together? In an unholy trinity of decadent snacks? Hmm, I'm starting to think about it ...

... after deliberation, I will keep my bananas out of my reeses. I can grow tired of bananas, but never tire of peanut butter cups.

I used to be anal about my foods to, but sometimes you have to get wild.

Ever have peanut butter schmeir from the amish country?? OMG, so good.

Speaking of corn in any form, check my post at your thread. Field corn.

the name itself sounds rather enticing. I've never been to Amish country (Pennsylvania, right?) but my folks went years ago. My mom brought back all kinds of kitschy things (knickknacks galore), a bunch of apple recipes (where I learned that baked apples with pork is yummy) and Pecan Rolls/Logs ... those were good.

sigh ... I'm off to make peanut butter toast now.

Yummy stuff.....now I want some

Sorry. I bought all they had at the farmer's market this morning. We're having creamed corn tonight. Feel free to drop by.

Yeah, it's what they feed to livestock nowadays, but I grew up on it.

It's next to impossible to get anything but "peaches and cream" (bicolour corn) corn here. I'd love to get some of the old style yellow corn. Mmmm.

Damn you all ... now I'm really hungry.
