:D I may be completely shameless and say yes. But not the tetley. The sun tea recipe doesnt work well with anything except lipton. (Least thats what grandma drilled into our heads;))

You know you can get Tetley over here, right? <looks confused>

And what's wrong with my Fiance DL?

ps- just realised that sounded accusatory :D It's not, I'm just baffled as to your comment about feeling like my poor fiance does.... :)

Blurt #1: Oh God, this was the latest I ever came home in far so long.

Blurt #2: I'm still too hyper to go to bed.

Blurt #3: My legs feel sore already.

Blurt #4: My stomach is too stuffed I can barely breathe.

...maybe I'll do some writing while waiting for the morning to come.

darlin i'm not after the tetley...my grandmother will roll in her grave if i use tetley to make her sun tea...its lipton I havent been able to find...hubby swore he saw it in a store recently but i 've hit all the stores we go to and cant find it.

Though atm I feel like my back has been stomped on by megatron so not going to stress over anything to much other than to get the my darling munchkin to stop holding that bloody train still when she pushes the button. That music and the clicking it makes when it cant go is driving my freaking batty.

Tea bags. I don't normally drink pre-made drinks unless its a coke or something and i'm out and cant get a bottle of water.

*pouts* and I found out this morning that my only coffee place to get my mocha coffee treat every two weeks is closing middle of the month. That so sucks in such a bad way. The pubs do them but they arent near as nice, nor do they do them to go. That was one of the few places that kept me liking little bits of the town. It was the cutest art cafe and was just homey and well nice.

Hmm, still think I'll just send the money to someone. What they are charging is outragious at best for the item and the shipping:( I'd never get that past the hubby just for tea bags.

OK... in very vague terms we have a foreign student at the uni who has been taken to hospital leaving his (very) pregnant wife in the Uni accommodation. This woman speaks not a single word of Englisha nd none of us speak her language. Later on her Embassy will be ringing and translating for us and we are composing a list of things to ask her like - does she have enough food, are there any problems etc...

If you were in her situation what would you want to be asked about?

Help...

1. ask about food and money as the hubby might have controlled that.
2. ask her if her and baby are ok or if she has any appointments she needs to go to
3. if she needs ride to the hospital to see spouse (but i know you already said you were going to ask that one.)
4. (since she is in the uni accomodation) Is she easily able to take the laundry to be done? (mostly depends how far along is she)
5. Does she need to contact anyone else?
6. ask how to say 'labour now help' and make sure if she goes into labour with him in the hospital that she can call someone who might understand it if she said labour now help.
7. Is she ok...scared etc and anything you can do to help...

(thats a very vague list but I'm seeing double so going to lay down)

Never fear, I understood...Just that you made a comment about your fiance feeling like a bad luck charm...I can certainly relate to that sentiment...

So surreal. We're just here, enjoying our evening, living our lives, but somewhere not very far away a good friend ... hovers...

<sigh>

Makes you feel queasy

You can't dwell on that part of it. Instead, no matter how hard, think positive thoughts: how much he's loved, etc.

Positive often rewards with more positive.

Try to stay positive, it will make him feel better knowing that he's not bringing others down.

It's nice to know that there are so many people here who still remember since there are so many new faces here now. I'd hate to have been forgotten!

And in an unrelated note- I almost feel the need to flirt. Can't remember the last time that happened. :)
