Oh. Can I assume other things around your body have stayed where they're supposed to be?

Yes, but they were never where you'd expect them to be in the first place.

I'd oblige, but that would involve me getting up from this comfortable bean-bag.
Oh, ok. Next time then. I hope next time's not after another 6 months though.

Belch!

I ate too much as well, imp.

Did you get a care package as well? I've enough food for the next two days. :)

Prayers and thoughts for my nephew.

He is 17, will be 18 in May. He has been learning how to box and then decided to start training for "cage" fighting. Yes, his mother allowed it. . .*sigh* and *shakes head*

Yesterday he took a hit to the jaw, which swelled up and today they took him to the ER for X-rays, because he hurt so much. :(

My sister just called. The only thing keeping my nephew's left jaw bone in place is the wisdom tooth that is imbedded into the bone. :( So they are going to operate on him and try to repair his jaw. :(

Please keep him in your thoughts. This young man has lived such a very unhappy life and has enjoyed boxing so much. It was the one thing he enjoyed to the point that he was willing to turn his life around and start caring about his future. (like an award for going to school instead of skipping. . .etc.)

My sister is so financially strapped. I do right now give thanks for the Medicad system that she is enrolled in for her kids. Or this. . . this would have financially killed her. It will still be hard, yes, but not as hard as it would have been, had this happened after his 18th birthday. :(

Just please pray for him tonight, or think of him sometime and offer up a healing thought.

Thank you.

Oh, God, Red. :rose: I really hope that he improves. Boxing is really a rough sport and I would hate to seem him or anyone (especially someone close to someone I care about) get really hurt and damaged like that. :rose:

I can't see him ever boxing again. This sounds like a serious injury. I don't know enough about boxing, or the injuries that can take a fighter out, but this sure sounds nasty. :(

Thank you SEVERUS.

Holy Motherfucking Shit! What am I getting myself into?

Yesterday I couldn't imagine a day without her words and today I cannot imagine life without the sound of her voice.

Can somebody PLEASE tell me what is happening to me???

Yeah, I'd have to agree. From what I know of the sport, I still think that they should mandate headgear for everyone and that's a bare minimum. I hope that he can find a less dangerous passion to pursue that satisfies his soul without harming his body so much. Hugs. A body can only take so much punishment.

You're very welcome, Red. :rose:
