Do not be afraid of your bodies ladies...I don't care what you weigh, so long as you are healthy, take pride in your body and do not buy into the media image of feminine 'beauty'...Think of Dove soap which is trying to show real women in their marketting! Think of the shows in Spain and Italy which are about to start insisting on a minimum body fat content to be measured on every model that graces their runways!

And remember, as little as two hundred years ago, what would have been considered the perfect woman would be wearing a size 16-20 in todays standards!
