No detachment . . . Sometimes I am aware of me because of other people.

Are you familiar with the philosophy of " Ubuntu" ? Look it up - very different from what most of us believe, and understand.

Hmmm, yes, sometimes- not often though- for me that is.

Wiki doesnt have enough information for my liking, i shall hunt around for some more on this at some point.

It's an interesting concept, very collectivist- and this is perhaps why its 'Very different from what most of us believe, and understand.' Western society being intrinsicly individualist and all.

In fact, though ive only read that small amount, its strikes a chord in terms of collectivist cultures as a whole. Inter-dependency, 'you are nothing if not a product/ extenson of those before you' sort of thing. Not just SA culture perhaps. The article of course doesnt suggest it IS inexplicably SA philosophy (as that's the beauty of philosophy- it's an open market for the taking of those who wish to understand if not beleive) but it does cite instances in SA history, and addresses well known Natives.

I need another 8 hours a day. But I know I'd get the same amount done as I do now; the other hours would be wasted surfing for porn.
