Since the other night when i was trying to figure out track changes, something's gone screwy with my MS Word

My comment boxes don't show up regardless of what i do. You can see the parenthesis in whatever colour based on who's reviewed the word but the comment boxes wont show up on the right.

If i right click somewhere in the parenthesis i can choose to 'edit comment' that so far is the only way i can VIEW the comments as they come up in the review pane at the bottom but this is awkward to use and try and match up with indistinguishable colour coded parenthesis!!!!!

*arrgh i could quite easily shoot someone right now. I need those fucking boxes, if not for this piece then for following ones...*
