I met a boy today who'd only eat if there were four different things on his plate. He stuck to this rule, even if it meant he had to have four main courses in a heap on his plate.

Don't you think that's really interesting?

hate it when that happens ;)

I submitted another story to a publisher. Please let me be strong enough to handle another rejection if it comes.

Yeah, I looked up and then looked at her and her eyes were wide, her face grinning and she was smirking.... damn kid. My face went red and I said, "ummm oops, sorry about that. They shouldn't be doing that. She shouldn't be and... well... let's just change the channel and I'll shut up..... ohhh look Christmas with the Kranks, that's safe."

LOL

Ohhh man. I have had to explain a lot to these girls of mine. They know about sex, but it doesn't mean I want them viewing it in movies and such. . .but they come to me with questions.

I had to explain what a pap test and breast exam was and why it was done, because some girl at the school told mine about it and she got it all screwed up. I didn't want my kids ignorant about such things. I was just glad my girls were in the same room at the time the topic came up so I didn't have to cover it twice.

Ohhhh and... then one tells me she's "hairy" . . . I didn't want to know what she meant, so I simply said "that's normal" . . .then more questions erupted, so we discussed "shaving" but I told them I was sooooooooooooooo not showing them how to do it!!

I have a great relationship with them right now and answer their questions as honestly as I can. But I don't have to like doing it. lol. . .

And my son!!! Aren't boys supposed to ask their dads!!!!

Okay, I think I'm done now.... lol.

Oh yeah, the minute any of my boys come to me with those kind of questions, I'm going look them straight in the eyes and say... "Go ask you father."

My son just naturally comes to me. I figure as he gets older he'll go to dad. (I hope!)

Yes you would, she's very tiny, you can carry her around.
