If i could channel this anger and frustration into my essay/ art/ excersise i'd either write a phenomenal essay/ produce wonderful pieces of art/ be incredibly fit considering the amount of negative energy around me right now.

No, I get like this too and I think it's totally justified. I'm lucky if I can get a babysitter for a funeral. Maybe it gets better when they're older and you can send them off to a friend's house.
