Do they HAVE to be so freakin' loud at night? What the hell are they doing up there, playing football??

I have given up trying to sleep, the noise they are making in the rafters above my head is horrendous. It's like they have large pebbles up there, and just as I'm about to fall asleep, they drop one on the ceiling...it echoes, it makes me jump out of my skin, then they go on a rampage of chewing.....beams, floorboards, who knows. We can actually hear them chewing the wood, it's so loud, I can't believe its just tiny little mice up there......sounds like bloody great dinosaurs.

Oh, and when I say 'we', I mean 'me'. The wife would sleep through anything. I have given up, am settled in on the couch downstairs, with tea and biscuits, book and lappie. I've been awake since just after 4, didn't get to sleep until around midnight, and with the last big push of packing before our main move tomorrow.....I'm going to be a bundle of joy today. Keep out of my way. :mad:

ya know if u dont understand the poem thats cool and its nice to get feedback and cool to see people see things in a different way. but why that poem?

it was really interesting feedback honestly.

i just thought poetry can mean whatever to every person. it can be different. so its cool if he sees it differently but that doesht give him the right not to understand my poem and then critisise me for it.

does it??
