You'll notice the nasty smell in the hallway as soon as you come home from work today. I took a gamble tha it wouldn't come to this, but it has - I fed the dogs tinned dog food against your express intentions. I felt sorry for them having to eat that dried shit day in, day out, so I decided to give them some meat for a change. It backfired on me in every sense of the word. They've been farting with increasing potency all afternoon.

It's now reached the point where I can't hide it, so I confess - it was my fault entirely. You'll have my sympathy tonight, when they're both sleeping on your bed and relaxing their sphincter muscles.

I'm really, really sorry.
