Physical it is - I suspect it's stress. I shall give it a few days(well it's the weekend, I'll have too) then drop in on the doc next week if things don't improve.

I take a vitamin supplement for stress - Stress Tabs but I don't think you can buy them in UK. Very high in B1, B2, B6 & B12 + C & E. You might find something similar is a 'Savers' store, a hell of a lot cheaper than Holland & Barrett, and much much better than a medically prescribed chemical cocktail.
