An actual blurt and I'll specify it because, why not? Anyway:

The World Health Organisation classified homosexuality as a mental illness until 1992 -- it is very strange for me to consider that I remember a time when the premier medical agency in the world thought that.

My hair is a mess, the cat won't stop licking his crotch, and I can't seem to persuade the midget jahova's witness on my couch to stop watching porn on my tv. Needless to say today has been very....interesting?

There are many who still do.

I'm aware of that. It's just very strange to think that scientists, doctors, and people who in general should know better did -- and recently. Of course, the WHO is a political organisation as well and the APA (likewise a political organisation in many respects) ceased to do so in 1973.

It's interesting for perspective, I think.

Politics are a bitch. ;)

Oh, I don't know about strange....I suppose it depends on the bitch.

Fine, ruin my joke.

I could say more on this general subject, but I'm avoiding self-incrimination.

Awwww.....don't pout. I got the elephant one, that's gotta count for something! :D

Self-incrimination is a requirement around here, haven't you noticed? ;)

Oh? Well, you know, I am omniscient, but sometimes I have to turn it off to eat.

Yes, not knowing what you're eating can be a blessing. But, again, it really depends on the bitch.

Don't mind me....I'm in a mood again...

This should be a leaflet you can pick up at the dentist's office or the grocery store.

1. Stop giving a fuck about things that you can't change. (i.e. acceptance.)
2. Don't worry about what people you don't even know are doing. Who cares?
3. If people try to get you involved in their drama, tell them to fuck off.
