That, my dear, is Amen-Ra, come in his spaceship to take you home.

Sher - :rose:

yeha, you do realize how close I live to Rancho Santa Fe, right?

personally, "Heaven's Gate" always seemed to be a euphemism for something hidden under a skirt...

Dipshit. I was willing to let it slide. So don't try to make me look bad in front of your boss just to cover your ass. You fucked up and here's the proof.

Fuckers!

You're going to run all you're good people off and then I'll be getting screwed with no sort of pleasure. And if you do, the first chance I get I'll be right behind them.

First day at work, very boring . . .but the long drawn out paperwork process is complete:D

The best benefit . . .once a week I can strip the cover off a paperback and take it home. Isn't that awsome. Also, when we have to get rid of books to make room, we strip the covers off and then we can take home as many of those as we want.

Wow

I just had to take advantage of this isolated blurt thread today.

WOW... After two years of ass busting work to bring your business' finances into the black again I get a thank you card, bonus, and apology for all the hard times.
Will wonders never cease?

Sometimes I wish I could shut it off.

Sometimes I am glad it's there, however odd and inexplicable.

Whining about being invisible hardly makes people want to sit up and take notice. Be your charming and lovely self and no one will be able to ignore you.

The evidence does not back up your claim.

I couldn't do charming right now if I tried. I'm in a right pissy mood.

All I know is that whinng about it only makes me (in particular) want to be snarky. Probably b/c I have a four year old who whines A LOT.
I always read what you have to say, but very rarely do I respond to anyone unless I feel I have something to offer be it funny or serious.

I know all about whining kids. I've got four of them. That's why I sometimes retreat to my bedroom and make them go play in theirs.

They don't follow you? Mine follows me everywhere.

Or sexual, one hopes?

Whether it's fair or not, math is on Dar's side. If one wishes to change oneself, there's one individual to work on. If one wishes to change others, there are a great number of them. Generally, it's better to work on oneself unless the issue is extremely vital and there's no other way to deal with it.

Stated in such a nice way too. I adore you, Shang.
Are you back for good or are you going to vanish on us again?

You are entirely too kind, and I could not possibly quote you while retaining a trace of modesty. How very generous of you.

As for the question of being back "for good," I can't promise to be a force for good in the universe, although one does try. Work, alas, will have more to say about the permanence of my presence - should they continue to relent, I shall try to stay in touch.

Shanglan
