I bought the final component of my golf outfit today....bear in mind, it's the only "outfit" I have:

Steel Toed Boots
Khaki Cargo Pants
Black T-shirt with a cannon on the front quoting AC-DC "For Those About to Rock"
Red silk shirt with black dragons printed on it.
Guinness Ball-cap

I think you forgot that in order to play golf you need to wear mismatched plaids and newsboy hats.

One should also demonstrait proper "form" which I cannot because of my messed up shoulders--they dislocate if I swing "properly"

I swing more like an ogre with a battle axe. The ball goes about 300 yards, it gets there in a hurry, and it never gets more than 15 feet off the ground. It sounds like a baseball smashing off a bat more than a golfball off a club.

The outfit isn't quite out of place around here....there's a lot of 20 - 30 year olds that golf....but the boots are definately out there.

I played Tennis in High school, loved it. I hope I can get back in shape enough to get back into it.

I am lost with Golf though. I do well with Miniature Golf though.

I can't aim in golf for shit. I can put, but getting it to the green is a goddamn nightmare. I usually just buy a bucket of balls and go to the driving range...smack the hell out of them for a half hour or so.

Yay Tennis. The only thing better to watch is gymnastics.

Oh yeah, everythings fine like that! We had kind of a hicup this weekend with her going back to school....but I think it'll work out, even if I have to go back to eating microwave pizzas and mac'n'cheese for a month or so for us to afford it.
