Hi Honey. It's a technique to motivate yourself to do things that you keep putting off. Just do it for fifteen minutes and walk away if that's what you want. It can be used for anything…cleaning, de-cluttering, exercise, studying…even writing. Typically, once you start the task you end up going for more than fifteen minutes. :)
