the actual child, not the one who's too old to act the way he does. :D I don't ever pay attention to what that one says.

Ah, my misinterpretation. ROFL

Evacuate Australia & dump 'em all there. When (if) they mature, they'll be allowed to leave.
But what about the poisonous snakes and spiders? Where will they go then?

Ever feel like someone is following you around with a camera?

Something very cool happened to me yesterday also. I went to work, for the 7th straight day, and met a new guy. I was filling in at another store that was short on help, and he was the regular guy. Right away we hit things off, talking, joking, all very cool. An instant friendship. That doesn't happen too often with me. We also seemed to have gone through very similar situations and could really relate to one another. I was telling him of my financial troubles. Sadly, I couldn't even come to school the next two days because I didn't have enough gas, and was flat broke. I had to go to work, come home, and hope I could get to work again to get my check to get gas. School was just too far and outta the question. The day goes on and I see him balancing his checkbook using the phone system thingy. I didn't think much of it. We were talking about the bank and all and I thought he was just checking up on things. Later he buys some Carmex lip care, again didn't think much of it, I used my Chapstick and thought he saw mine and needed something of his own. The cost of the Carmex was like, 59 cents or something. I was teasing him some because he was going to use his credit card. He said he needed money back anyway. He got a twenty back. I didnt' think much of any of this until about ten minutes later, next to my pop, was an envelope that said, "Just a little something so you can get to school and work. Just a gift. No strings attached." Inside the envelope was the twenty that he just got. I didn't think people like that still existed in this world. I'm very thankful. So, all in all, a very good day yesterday.

Now I'm on my 8th straight day of work and won't get off until I've gone through 7 more days. So, on day 14, I'll be off, unless that other store needs help again. Sometimes I think I'm too nice to put myself through the physical strain of working nearly twenty days straight while trying to do school, then a guy like Jeremy comes along and reminds me there's no such thing as being too nice.

I had the same thing happen to me several years ago...it is wonderful that angels come in various guises.

we humans are amazingly good to each other one-on-one. It's only when we get into large groups that we start acting like idiots. :)

I love to watch a woman dance when the music flows through her very soul.

I deeply enjoy the taste of warm fresh baked bread.

I wish I could play the guitar the way I feel sometimes.

I am truly thankful for this new chai tea I have been drinking.

I wish I could win teh lottery just to have the time and money to travel as much as I would like to.

Come to a powwow with me sometime. The drum is the heartbeat of the people, after all. :)

sure, you just have to promise you'll dance in the intertribal, or if an elder invites you to.
i'll do what i can, but no guarantees it will be your kind of traditional. ;)
