You're the most atypical, flighty, ditzy, no nothing Scorpio I've ever met. I'm not used to Scorpio women who act like you. Granted, I know Scorpios in sexual situations, but I should think that in the workplace, you could at least ACT like you're the boss....you know, since you actually are. Why the hell should I have to chase you down to get answers to my questions, to have my work related needs met??? For Christ's sake, get a better system when it comes to organizing your papers. If I give you a form on Friday and tell you I need it filled out, signed and returned to me by Tuesday, then it shouldn't be a problem. You should have a folder for things like this. Don't look at me with a blank, scared, confused look across your face when I ask you a question. Stop timidly asking your employees if they would please do such and such and then drive your point home with "...so....this really needs to get done......yeah....."

Grow a fucking backbone. Stop letting Ruby, Marta, and Shelley walk the fuck all over you in the office. Stop blaming your employees for your mistakes and then taking it out on one person because YOUR superior ripped you a new asshole.

Maybe what you really need is another year of service as an AmeriCorps team member instead of as our boss.

Or maybe, just maybe, you'd be better off in a year of service to some dominant Scorpio. Hell, you might learn to stand up for yourself and speak the fuck up, not to mention take responsibility for what you should already be doing.
