It's getting more popular out west. My parents went in with another couple and bought 1/2 a buffalo processed any way they wanted it. That's a lot of meat.



I'm not positive, but I think there is less fat in buffalo than in beef. Or it might be something about the cholesterol. All I know is it's delicious!


Next time I make it, you and Lucky are invited to din din.
