I just realized that when I drink too much caffeine, it's much more difficult to hold yoga poses for an extended period of time.

No worries, sometimes all you need is to realize that one down is one less.

Right now I'm counting down the days until the end of March. One day at a time, that's what is keeping me sane. Well, as sane as I normally am.

Very kind feedback that made me smile, but I wonder whether maybe they didn't realize it was technically a lesbian themed poem.
