I agree!!! They really pile it on these elementary kids and believe me Jr. High is a bit ridiculous too.CrimsonMaiden said:Four pages is way too much homework for a second grader!!

I considered homeschooling, but I knew I wasn't disciplined enough to do it right. I'm all for it though, for parents that can do it and do it well. I say good luck and good for you!! I will however... do it next year if my son is placed in one particular teacher's class. He will NOT have this woman as a teacher. He'll either go to another elementary school for one year, or I'll home school him.CrimsonMaiden said:I'm hoping to be in the position to homeschool my kids by middle school. I really don't want them in that environment. (I know I'm probably a minority around here in this.)

I'm okay with the atmosphere and the teachers, it is just next year with him that I am concerned with. Once I know he won't get her, then I'm good. We have a new principal, and it is up to her if she's willing to accept parents' requests for teachers or not. No word on that yet.CrimsonMaiden said:I'm okay with the school they are in now (which goes up to fifth grade). It's the middle school and up atmosphere that bothers me.

My waist is now bigger than my hubby's (nearly 41 inches), I can't walk around the house wearing his boxer briefs anymore, lol.TE999 said:And a (((hug))) to you too Mama.

I've never understood why a pregnant woman would feel unsexy, but now I know it's just a natural feeling that happens to everyone or just about everyone. But it made my night when they said it. Though the creepy guy that stared at my boobs while talking to me kind of creeped me out...
I was all worried about it to be honest, it kind of scared me. But now it doesn't, even with the tiny issues of easily getting dehydrated it's been awesome. Every movement is incredible, though sometimes at the most inconvenient times, lol.rbijon said:I love to talk with someone who is pregnant. I find them wonderful attractive, glowing, and wide eyed.
What a great privilege; to bear & bring life!
