Im such a bitch but my plan worked!

My nephew just turned 4. I guess its normal for Asian children to sleep with mom and dad until they are- older, but, my brother would like some sort of normal life with his wife.
So, for my nephew's birthday I got him a cool blow up mattress that has a spiderman sleeping bag thats attached ( I think it fits like a fitted sheet over the mattress and then has the envelope part on top).

Joe has slept in it 4 days in a row- of course the hottest days of the month but it worked!
Of course the bed is in their room, but at least they dont have two kids and he and his wife all in the bed at once.

When I replied to the email he sent, I suggested I pick one up for their little guy too for his birthday, but no response yet to that comment!

I've been steadily trolled on several of my stories. In the beginning they were way up there and slowly over time, they've come down and I've lost my "H" ... the trolls are getting smarter, perhaps voting steadily low, will not cause the site to make a sweep of the story... and it has the same effect, just takes a bit longer to get the result they want. I'll get over it in no time. Like I said I know the work is good, the emails and PC's I get reinforce that. I think I'm done looking at the scores though. My "A Few Lamps from His Collection" has over 50,000 views, 81 votes and went from a 5 to a 3.81 in one night. That story came out on the first. So even with the low score, the comments have been wonderful and I've touched many folks who've read it, with memories, that to me is neat. Yes, that 3.81 is disappointing and I know it is worth so much than that, but *shrugs* I just have to not use rates to back up my work. I know the quality is there.

I know some sites, won't let you comment unless you are registered and logged in, so yes I can see that being a good idea. Has this ever been brought up to Manu and Laurel. I don't mean as in a PM, but a "petition" type thread? If enough folks asked, would it be a simple thing to do? People could still read the stories, but to comment or leave a vote that'd have to log in to do it.
