This latest rejection message says that there are characters younger than 18 yes, but I never mention specific ages in the story. I suppose I should have made the ages clearer than I did, even though it didn't feel natural to go into it in the specific context. I guess I have to compromise a little. The first time around this wasn't an issue though, which is a little weird. The last time it was something about how I should include punctuations, commas and such inside the quotation marks.
