I can't anymore. I so badly need someone to take care of me, if only for a few minutes, and it's an impossibility. I'm so tired, so overwhelmed, so lonely, so worried, so stressed, so emotional that every single breath I take is painful. And there's no one, not ever anyone, who will hold my hand and be with me and make sure I'm okay. I so badly need a break from my kids, so badly need a good laugh, so badly need someone to hold me.
And I'm so so so tired of knowing that I'm on my own now and always. I'm ready to give up. The only reason I don't is that my kids need a mother and even that is laughable because I can hardly take care of them anymore. What good is a mother who cries in the kitchen and screams for no reason?

I just need to breathe and get through this and I can't. I just can't.
