And coyotes, believe it or not. They just migrated here recently.

OOOoOoh. I want to see a coyote. So far I've got alligator, big-ass green tree lizard, armadillo, possum, fifty zillion lizards attempting to call mates from my back porch doing this weird ass "have sex with me" dance.

Oh, here, someone got it on film.

All day, every day, there's a lizard brothel on my back porch screens.

We're probably okay here at home. I have my hurricane box that I've obsessively kept up to date since 2005. That's seven years of batteries and food packs and mylar blankets going to waste, people!

We cut down the big trees, too.

I paid for all this preparedness, dammit!

Hurricanes don't bother me. I've never been close to a storm surge and I'm prepared for the storm. I fabricated panels that can be installed to cover two 10 -foot wide display windows in about 20 minutes. After that, it's just a waiting game.

What I really hate is living without electricity. The last time, half of this city was powerless for seven days. Some people had to wait 3 weeks. It was fun at first, but that wears off real fast.

You can't have alligators and coyotes. Coyotes never look before they drink.

Yeah, Charley left us without electricity.

It's not fun, it's less fun with a young child who does not understand that the cool air and the TV can't come back by nagging.

Definitely watching it, since I am here on the Gulf Coast. Couldn't help but notice it will be right around Tampa by Monday night. Hmmm...

I wonder if the Republicans will take that as a sign that God is mad at them.

give us the update, cause this thing is slowing down I hear...

when will this thing be gone and will south florida be affected?

Not all that worried but not stupid enough to not fret a weird corkscrew-like turn that not even the best could have predicted from Mother Nature.

Currently, it's ugly outside with rain and wind but if you'd not told me a hurricane was approaching I'd chalk it up to seasonal weather. When Isaac's bands get even closer and the barometric pressure gets wilder than wild, well, that's another story.

Here it is late August and we're only in the I's. I remember the damage Wilma gave us so it's going to be a loooooooooooong hurricane season til December 1st..

Beco, forgot to add to come later next week in case of floodage. You'll be fine.

The images of Florida up there, wow, who took out the long, flaccid penis and inserted a short and stumpy dry dick?
