The GB is a general discussion forum for topics not covered elsewhere on the site.

It’s the only unmoderated part of Lit and the only part of Lit (that was) frequented by the Owner.

Unlike other parts of Lit dedicated to pictures, hook-ups, likey likey nice nice and fluffy a b c 1 2 3 game threads, the GB was the place to discuss and thrash out topics with intelligence, humor and snark.

Zumi rarely discusses anything, unless you consider weather, tequila and tacos to be intelligent or topical.

People who use pictures and gifs instead of words are empty vessels, the kind of folks better-suited to the Playground…. Just as people who want to talk about Politics are better suited to the Politics forum and people who get their feelings hurt and want to report, moderate, censor and jabber about ignore lists belong somewhere else.

At the end if the day, there’s nothing to stop the empty vessels from posting here ….except the intelligent people pushing them to post in one of the moderated forums. ( that was always the standard)

I think it’s important to remember that Butters doesn’t have much she can call her own outside Lit.

Assuming she has been truthful, she has posted about:
- her unhappy marriage to a man who drank and abused her physically;
- her two special needs sons;
- working in second hand clothing shops and living in subsidized housing
- she spent years here “flirting” ( polite term) and exposing herself all over Lit before finding Harry on the poetry forum
- she left literally everything behind in London to move to arguably one of the most backward places in the free world
- if not for their internet connection… try to imagine that

So, i can see why Lit is literally her only link to anything worth living for.

I think that’s why she “tries so hard” to exercise control over all of us.

If she has even a smidge of the honor and truth she claims to have, she knows this to be true.
