My roommate watched the entire Emmy's, or whatever the hell awards show was on tonight.'

He THEN goes on to put in a tape. The emmy's from last year. He's sitting there, comparing outfits.

My question. Can I legally shoot him? Please? Officer?

Not only is it justifiable, but it may be legally required. After all, if it is allowed to continue then you will driven even further down the path of insanity and wind up killing lots of people and yourself.
