My roommate watched the entire Emmy's, or whatever the hell awards show was on tonight.'

He THEN goes on to put in a tape. The emmy's from last year. He's sitting there, comparing outfits.

My question. Can I legally shoot him? Please? Officer?

Not only is it justifiable, but it may be legally required. After all, if it is allowed to continue then you will driven even further down the path of insanity and wind up killing lots of people and yourself. If you look at it that way you are not only acting in self-defense but also for the common good of your fellow man.

That is weird! I think you have a lot of questions that need answering.

Ok nathon you need to answer some questions.

#1 is your roommate a fashion major?

If yes then it is still weird but is not justifiable homicide.

If no go to question 2

# 2. Is your roommate a girl?

If yes stop bitching unless she is ugly/annoying

If no then well hmhhh I have serious doubts about your roommates sexual preference then.

*Waits to get stoned by all the members of lit's homosexual community*

Well, then, he has an excuse

lol. Nope. A Fucked up gay roommate.

But if he starts singing show tunes, do it!

That is just too stereotypical to be tolerated.;)

1) No, he's a Math Major.
2) I WISH.

As a fully liscensed Lawyer and Vacuum Cleaner Salesman I can safely say that not only would that act be illegal but it'd also be bad for your rugs.

Or dies to go to a Barbara Streisand concert because he swears that he sounds just like her when he sings, "The Way We Were".

As a trained official, I'll have to say that it is not legal. But then again, neither is buying firearms off of the street but it's done.
With that in mind, would you like to buy a slightly used firearm?
