I have been reading a story in the sexual role playing area and it is being carried on by two ladies who are having quite a bit of fun with their respective characters, it is very hot! My question is would it be considered impolite to just jump in and say "love this story" or "this is very hot" and then leave it at that. Not looking to hijack the thread or stick my nose in where it is not wanted but would like to say that I am really enjoying their story so far. So what do you think folks of lit......should I or should I not. Thanks Phuzeee

I would consider it rude. I have had that happen in a scene I was playing. It destroyed the flow of the story. If you are appreciative start a thread to say or or send PMs. Don't interrupt the narrative

Yes. Somehow, I doubt Moby Dick would have been such a literary classic if between paragraphs there was notes from the publisher reading "lol that was cool". Which thread?

...You don't know that!!

PMs are generally acceptable and if worded intelligently are usually responded to with a thank you note. Don't post directly in the thread.

Thanks for the advice I believe the Pm route will be the best however I think I will enjoy their story for a while longer before I make any comments, like someone said I don't want to bugger up the flow of the story line cause it is getting very steamy.....it is interesting to listen to two women fantasize about sex and how they would treat each other, it is sort of like being a peeping tom I find it to be a very large and hot turn on. Phuzeee :D

A PM seems the way to go though I would not find it rude to give a compliment. It could though upset the writing flow.
