This very much depends, but the basic rules are:I noticed there is a rule that forbids stories with underage sex scenes. My question is: If there are underage characters in my story and they don't participate in the sex scenes, is it OK? Or is it still forbidden?
What about these cases? This very much depends, but the basic rules are:
1. Of course, no under 18s engaging in any sexual activity whatsoever, even if it's legal at e.g 16/15 years old in the country (e.g UK or Denmark) you are in. This applies even in flashback once characters are adults.
2. No under 18 characters observing or discussing sexual activity, even with other under 18 characters (and absolutely not with adult characters).
3. No under 18 characters observing or discussing sexual activity in flashback once they are legally adults.
Basically, under 18 characters are perfectly ok provided they have absolutely and completely zero contact with any form or suggestion of sexual activity. So, e.g. a parent can go out to the swinger club for a release, but need to sometimes check their phone to make sure they haven't missed a message from the babysitter to say that little Tommy is having a difficult time getting to sleep. Or a teacher can get to the end of a long day thoroughly pissed off with their students, then get changed and hit the singles bar to drown and fuck her sorrows away.

Nope, definitely a bad idea. What about these cases?
1. A little girl is "in love" with an adult man, in an innocent manner.
This might get by, but I wouldn’t include this as a plot element.2. Two people have been in a relationship since before they were 18. They mention it without flashbacks.
I can’t imagine how this would be an incident in erotic fiction.3. A kid is about to accidentally take viagra, but in the end he doesn't.
Quite right. We’re being too philosophical with this sophist, trying to find excuses for his, shall we say, over intrusive peccadillo. Throw him to the wolves. If you're gonna write pedo shit, just fuck off and do it on another site.
Okay, John, I found you here too. As I said, go to another site. I admit, I do coming of age stories on therm, not pedophilia. Sixteen and fourteen; that's their minimums. Probably there are other places, but I'm not on them. What about these cases?

1. That was not the main plot. The main plot I had in mind was a man whom all the adult females in the story were sexually attracted to. To add an innocent/comical touch to the story, I thought of also writing a little girl, who wants to marry the said man when she grows up, without anything sexual in mind. It would just be one scene.Okay, John, I found you here too. As I said, go to another site. I admit, I do coming of age stories on therm, not pedophilia. Sixteen and fourteen; that's their minimums. 1. How "little" is this little girl? I know, Nabokov had Lolita. Even Kubrick had to bump her up to fourteen for the movie. (In 1962!)
3. What is the age of this kid? By the way, if he doesn't take the Viagra, what is the point of the story?
