I find that it's usually the fat woman who has the attitude about her weight, not the man who even cares about it.
(this isn't directed at you, Laurel - 120 lbs. isn't fat for most women)
The fat woman attitude is usually displayed with a defensive and false ego ... almost like they think they have to compensate for their girth by being the baddest and best of everything, and making sure that the world knows it. If they only knew that if they could be comfortable with their fat, others would be, as well ... instead of being disliked for their obnoxious attitude.
You can sub the words in bold with freckled or red-headed or some other non-culture based physical attribute.
