Is there such a thing as str8 curious?

Labels may be useful sometimes, but remember that they are just arbitrary categories somebody made up, and the infinite complexity of human sexuality will always defy them.

We need labels and categories and words to communicate, so pick the label that best suits you. But don't feel the need to fix other peoples' labeling for them. There's no one "right" system of lables and indexes and numbers that will make sense for everybody, and there never ever will be. It's all much more subjective than the hot-headed political types, on all sides, want to believe.

Am I bi? Or am I just a kinky straight man? Who cares? I'm just me. I like what I like. Mostly I like sex with girls, but I do have an occasional thing for cock. (Mmmmm... cock...)

And who knows what I'll be dreaming of tomorrow?

Excellently stated, karuna. Your clarity is appreciated, and I agree wholeheartedly. :)

The way I see it, there's two categories:
(1) Bi curious. Very loosely defined, means the person is heterosexual but has enough interest in the same sex to want to call themselves something closer to bisexual. Yet they're not 100% sure of their feelings, so they don't want to just say "bisexual."
(2) Open minded. This is what I take "straight but curious" to mean. Somebody who is very secure in their heterosexuality, but they want to have an encounter with someone of the same sex just to see what it's like. Once that curiosity is satisfied, they may not ever try it again.

And yes, this could work for somebody who is gay, too. Just switch "same" to "opposite" in the above.

"Straight but curious" That's a very good way of describing what I feel.

Who can tell me what is happening, when im horny I like to get off on male-male sex pics, but once I blow my load I totally lose my interest and delete the pics. ??????????????

Well, sounds to me simply that you just get off to male-male sex pics. Now, then my question is it ONLY to male-male sex pics that you get off on when you're horny, or other sex pics as well, such as Str8 sex pics, or women-women sex pics? And going back to the original thread upstairs here "Is there such a thing as str8 curious?" Do you consider yourself a straight, (or even bi or gay) "curious" person by looking at male-male sex pics?

I prefer woman-man pics but sometimes I stumble on male-male, I find guys disgusting and have tested myself to see if im attracted to guys, negative

I see. Sometimes all of us can become "sexualized" ( or sexually charged, if you like) by almost anything at one point or another. I think for some it's strictly from the waist down and no more. Although, what you're "attracted" to is yet another thing. ;)

I'm a straight man who has only been with straight women and will only be with straight women...

However, in my sexual fantasies, I'm bisexual. I fantasize about having sex with women and men including performing and receiving felatio with other men. I have also had online "cyber" experiences with men. In my fantasies, I enjoy being a "top" and a "bottom" but in real life, I know I wouldn't enjoy it at all. There's just no pleasure there for me... sometimes I think I'm missing out. I once had a girlfriend who enjoyed anal sex and wanted to "share" that pleasure with me... but I couldn't.

Wishing all the find People on this thread:
  A Happy Valentine's Day

I hope that you have a Great Day!

Hello!

Great thread...It was a terrific question and I think that both Queersetti and Karuna have given excellent insight. I think that everyone is curious at one point in their life about the life that they do not have. I, for example, am brunette curious. But that's why life is so cool and interesting. You can fantasize, role play, etc. and use your imagination.
LingerieandLace, I would like to personally wish you the best Valentine's Day ever and hope that you are enjoying yours! Thank you for your wishes!
Take care and I hope everyone out there is having sex of some sort, on this day of love.

I think I posted in another thread that I spent some number of years dating men with the idea that I might find one I could live a normal life with. (normal= not shunned by everyone in my family, and society in general)

I ended this straight-curious (bisexual) experiment last June officially and finally when I decided that I am lesbian now and forever.

Way To Be!

I am happy that you have decided upon your wonderful fate in life, kbate. It is hard enough living the so-called "normal" life to make your friends and family happy, but to ignore your feelings and deep down desires can kill you. Many happy years to you! Thank goodness for lesbians! (Oh...sorry! That's not the point!)
;)
